From your hands to your wall

1. Design your card. Upload your photo, pick your background, and add the basics at checkout.

2. Confirmation email within 24 hours. You’ll hear from elliottj@menderra.io with everything we still need — final stats, dates, quotes, layout tweaks, custom messages. Reply with the details and we handle the rest.

3. We design it. Our team builds your plaque in our signature style. Digital proofs sent on request (always for memorial orders).

4. We make it. Premium materials, hand-trimmed, quality-checked.

5. Tracked to your door. Tracking number sent the moment it ships.

Shipping & timelines

Plaques — Made to order in 7-10 business days after your details are finalized, plus 3-5 business days for delivery.

Trading cards — Ship in 5-7 business days, plus 3-5 business days for delivery.

Bulk orders (10+ plaques) — Typically 10-14 business days to ensure consistency across the batch.

Rush production — Available for tournaments, banquets, memorial services, and time-sensitive gifts. Email us with your deadline and we’ll work backwards from there.
